Um die Verkehrsteilnehmer zu sensibilisieren und Unfällen vorzubeugen, führt der Polizeiabschnitt 32 in der Zeit vom 15. bis 26. April 2013 in Mitte verstärkt Verkehrsüberwachungsmaßnahmen durch. Die eingesetzten Polizistinnen und Polizisten werden hierzu selbst auf Fahrrädern unterwegs sein. Die Beamten werden aktiv auf die falschen Verhaltensweisen von Radfahrern und Kraftfahrzeugführern eingehen, Verkehrssicherheitsgespräche führen und Verstöße ahnden.
